Welcome to the incredible experience of sound therapy and gong baths
Experience the powerful vibrational frequencies produced from Gongs, Himalayan Bowls & Tuned Frequency Tubes. These incredible tools create an atmosphere for deep embodiment and rebalancing of both mind & body. Sound therapy marries both the scientific and the spiritual worlds. Well known ancient healing techniques now finding its place in western medicine.
Clinical studies have shown to have lowered blood pressure, reduce anxiety, increased immune function & lower stress. The well known effects of a sound bath are a deep restoring nights sleep, lowered overall stress levels and clarity of the mind
During a session you will sit or lie down in a comfortable space with
blankets for warmth and pillows for your comfort. I will then take you into a state of deep relaxation this is the state for cellular healing to work at its best. The term ‘bath’ refers to the sound waves washing over you, bathing you in frequency’s and vibrations.

The use of gongs is a big part of my sound baths. These have been carefully selected to be within a certain Hz of each other to help create deep sleep and theta state. The vibrations and tones of these amazing tools are just incredible and will be felt around and within your body. Quality aluminium frequency tubes tuned to the correct frequency’s.

These are incredibly resonant. The frequency’s produced by these tubes are not just heard by the ear you will also feel them traveling through your body.
With certain frequencies and tones effecting your energy centers (chakras) for healing, balancing & meditation.
Carefully selected hand beaten Himalayan singing bowls sourced from their original place of creation are used within some of my sound baths, these are all tuned to the chakras so are a great way to re balance and re aline your chakras, meditation and healing.
Also Koshi Chimes, rain sticks and tingsha bells will be used.
